GUZMAN GLOBAL and GUZMAN MINERALS present at the Conference “The Logic of Love in Organizations” promoted by the IECO-UV Chair
Continuing with our commitment within the Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organization (IECO), on January 26 in the city of Madrid, part of our Management Team participated in a special event aimed at managers who join the commitment to principles in Humanistic Leadership, taught by Matthew T. Lee, Director of the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University and professor at Baylor University.
Within our organization we seek to foster a positive and motivating work environment that values the individuality of each employee and allows them to develop and grow professionally. Hand in hand with the great team that makes up the IECO, we will continue to promote and promote Humanistic Leadership within our organizations, creating trust and mutual respect, concepts that can help improve the productivity and loyalty of employees, and improve the image and quality of our companies.
