Continuing with our commitment , on January 26 in the city of Madrid, part of our Management Team participated in a special event aimed at managers who join the commitment to principles in Humanistic Leadership, taught by Matthew T. Lee, Director of the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University and professor at Baylor University.

Within our organization we seek to foster a positive and motivating work environment that values ​​the individuality of each employee and allows them to develop and grow professionally. Hand in hand with the great team , we will continue to promote and promote Humanistic Leadership within our organizations, creating trust and mutual respect, concepts that can help improve the productivity and loyalty of employees, and improve the image and quality of our companies.

As a trusted organzation, we have actively participated in the co-creation of the Decalogue of Good Practices in Humanistic Leadership. As a company adhered to the Decalogue, we are committed to promoting a Humanist Culture in the activity carried out by our companies. The Decalogue is the result of the co-creation work between academics, businessmen and managers at the Royal Complutense College of Harvard (RCC) during the first week of May 2022, and signed by the International Humanistic Management Association ( IHMA) on June 1, 2022. These initiatives reinforce our purpose with sustainable business development, which allows us to maximize the creation of shared value and well-being in the sectors and communities in which we operate, responsibly and through a humanistic, ethical and innovative business model.
