GUZMAN MINERALS has joined the External Innovation Committee of Castelló PortLab, an open innovation initiative led by the Port Authority of Castellón, aimed at fostering collaboration between companies and organisations within the port ecosystem.
This collaborative platform seeks to encourage the exchange of knowledge and experiences, identify common challenges and explore new opportunities for cooperation that contribute to innovation and development across the sector.
As part of this initiative, representatives from GUZMAN MINERALS recently took part in a technical visit to PORTSUR CASTELLÓN, where they had the opportunity to learn first-hand about various developments in electrification, renewable energy and energy efficiency within port operations.
The visit provided valuable insights into solutions being developed to support more sustainable and efficient port activities, while also offering an opportunity to exchange experiences with other companies and industry professionals.
Joining this committee also marks the beginning of GUZMAN MINERALS’ active participation in a programme of meetings and workshops, where different members of the team will have the opportunity to share ideas, gain a deeper understanding of the challenges facing the port sector and contribute their expertise.
Through this initiative, GUZMAN MINERALS reaffirms its commitment to innovation, business collaboration and knowledge sharing as key drivers towards a more efficient and sustainable port sector.
